Unique to South Edmonton Storage! Alarm sensors built within the walls of each storage unit, an extra precaution in protecting your belongings from theft.

 

On-Line Surveillance

You can now monitor on the unit; privately and securely. Keep an eye on your Commercial and Residential Units!

 

Flood Control Systems

A perfect feature for everyone, our asphalt is lowered 3 inches below the concrete floor of every outside unit. This prevents water accumulation which could enter your unit and cause damage to your belongings.

 

In-slab Heating

Our In-Slab Heating System, creates a gradual warmth to your unit from the ground up, unlike most other facilities which use an overhead radiant heating system. This can cause extreme drying and damage to wood and other materials. Our feature also prevents unit doors from freezing shut due to snow build up during the winter months, giving you access to your belongings all year round.

 

Lighting in Every Unit

We are one of few storage facilities who provide lights in both the hallways and in the units themselves, creating better visibility for you.

 

Loading Zones Every 50 Feet

This feature ensures you will never have to move your belonging more than 25 feet. We have also provided a dolly for your use in each of our buildings.
